    The GuideRails® technology, the one key feature that sets the Adrenaline GTS apart from other shoes, has remained untouched. In this system, two firm pieces of foam are attached to each side of the heel to prevent excessive inward or outward rolling of the foot. Thus, your feet remain stable and comfortable throughout the run, thereby reducing the impact on your knees and hips as well.
