WHAT GETS COVERED UNDER A MANUFACTURING DEFECT?
Wrong size & symmetry:
Wrong placement of machinery can produce the wrong symmetry of the shoes. Even the minor defects in shoes can change the overall product and makes it defective. Wrong shoe size can be a human as well as a computer error.
Degumming of Shoe Outsoles:This happens when the quality of the adhesive used in gumming the sole is compromised. This can be a human error as well, where the quantity of the adhesive applied is not taken into consideration during the production of the shoes.
All other issues will be considered as a product covered under wear and tear and not a manufacturing defect to be covered under warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident or neglect.
The warranty does not cover wearing out of the outsoles.
The warranty does not cover the laces of the shoe.
The warranty does not cover induced tears, fading due to detergents etc.
The warranty does not cover brushing and damaging of the midsole while cycling and so on.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear of the fabric near the ankle, which happens due to pronations.
