Return Policy


We currently don’t accept returns. We only exchange size for orders / products that meet our exchange criteria (explained below).

Please refer the size chart prior to placing the order on the website.
For exchanging and checking the availability of the required size, please contact us on with your order details and our executive will help you.


If for any reason, the ordered size does not fit you, you can exchange the size for the same product (depends on availability), with original tags and in their original packaging.

All purchases on have a 7 days size exchange policy from the date of receiving of the order. Please make sure that:

  1. All tags are still attached
  2. The product is unworn, unwashed and unaltered
  3. It's in its original packaging



  1. Footwear if perceived to be defective by the customer, same can be returned for review at the point of sale only within the duration of 3 months from the date of purchase along with the bill. Store Manager / Cashier / Store staff to check for the validity of the same. Or if purchased online the query can be mailed to
  2. Product purchased during End of Season Sale, on discount or during any other Sale will not be returned or exchanged.
  3. Store Manager / Cashier/Company staff to check for the defect as per the guidelines mentioned below:
    1. Case-1: The product is older than 3 months (If yes, then as per the company's product defect policy, the product can only be changed in the first 3 months of use.
    2. Case-2: The product is less than 3 months old & not a defect under Brooks India guidelines
      1. If the defect is not as per the guidelines, then the exchange request will be turned down
    3. Case-3: The product is less than 3 months old & defective

      1. The store team or the warehouse team to cross-check & examine the product.



Wrong size & symmetry:

Wrong placement of machinery can produce the wrong symmetry of the shoes. Even the minor defects in shoes can change the overall product and makes it defective. Wrong shoe size can be a human as well as a computer error.

Degumming of Shoe Outsoles:

This happens when the quality of the adhesive used in gumming the sole is compromised. This can be a human error as well, where the quantity of the adhesive applied is not taken into consideration during the production of the shoes.

All other issues will be considered as a product covered under wear and tear and not a manufacturing defect to be covered under warranty.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident or neglect.

  • The warranty does not cover wearing out of the outsoles.

  • The warranty does not cover the laces of the shoe.

  • The warranty does not cover induced tears, fading due to detergents etc.

  • The warranty does not cover brushing and damaging of the midsole while cycling and so on.

  • The warranty does not cover wear and tear of the fabric near the ankle, which happens due to pronations.
