WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver in all the major cities throughout India, Monday-Saturdays, excluding India Public holidays. Please note that we are unable to deliver to the following areas:
Currently we are accepting only Prepaid orders and the delivery timelines are 5-7 working days post payment confirmation.
Shipping is free on all products purchased on brooksrunningindia.com
Working days are Mondays to Sundays, 1030 to 1930 IST, excluding public holidays in India.
Please expect slight delays in delivery during sales and promotional periods.
Our goal is to deliver within the above mentioned times. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local public holidays.
All deliveries in India are made through reputed courier companies, and you can track the status of your delivery through their websites with the shipment tracking number that can be found in your shipment confirmation email or in “My Orders” under “My Account”. In exceptional circumstances, please note that you may receive your order in multiple shipments and on different dates.
In the event of any signs of severely damaged packaging (eg. torn, with holes etc), please reject shipment(s) from the courier company.
CANCELLING AND MODIFYING ORDERS
Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. INTERNATIONAL BILLING AND SHIPPING
We do not ship internationally from INDIA as of now.
WHEN YOU CAN EXCHANGE AN ITEM
If for any reason, the ordered size does not fit you, you can exchange the size for the same product (depends on availability), with original tags and in their original packaging.
All purchases on brooksrunningindia.com have a 7 days size exchange policy from the date of receiving of the order. Please make sure that:
1. All tags are still attached
2. The product is unworn, unwashed and unaltered
3. It's in its original packaging
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We currently don’t accept returns. We only exchange size for orders / products that meet our exchange criteria (explained above). Please refer the size chart prior to placing the order on the website.

IF YOU BOUGHT A PRODUCT OUTSIDE OF INDIA
We can only accept products for exchange if they were bought in India. If you made your purchase in another country, you’ll need to return them to the country where you bought them.
IF YOU RECEIVED DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCTS
A defective product is deﬁned as a product that has been damaged in the store / transit prior to delivery.
In such cases, please ensure you email us the details with the photographs within 12 hours of order delivery. Complaints will not be accepted post 12 hours of order delivery.
