One of my best athletic moments was during the 24-hour stadium run in Bengaluru, where i covered 112 km. Despite facing blisters, physical discomfort, and extreme weather conditions—from cool nights to scorching days and hours of rain—I persevered. Overcoming these challenges tested my endurance and resilience, making the achievement incredibly rewarding.

My journey started in 2013 after the birth of my second child when I realized I had let myself go, reaching 85 kg. Concerned about potential health issues, I decided to take charge of my life, fitness, and diet. It wasn’t easy, but nothing valuable comes easy. Today, I am 25 kg lighter, supremely fitter, more confident, and secure in my life.
I follow a disciplined lifestyle but am not a hermit. I run marathons, dance, and am an influencer for an educational institution. I balance my activities with my responsibilities as a full-time mom, educationist, and businesswoman. I love spending time with friends and never miss an opportunity to learn.
