My Best Athletic Moment

My 2024 Race Calendar

I have registered for a full marathon scheduled for August in Hyderabad. Additionally, i plan to undertake an ultra run of 50k in November or December. To prepare for these challenges, i will participate in local events as part of my training whenever they occur.

My Sporting Journey

I am passionate about adventure and travel, and my journey into running began in 2015, inspired by my husband Chetan, who is also a runner. What started as a way to explore new places quickly evolved into a journey of self-discovery.

Since my first 5/10 km run in 2015, I progressed to half marathons in 2016, ultra running in 2017, and challenging events like the intercity Pune to Mumbai 100 miles and Gwalior to Delhi 375 km relay run in 2018. I achieved another milestone by completing the TMM full marathon in 2019.

Following a hiatus due to the pandemic, i made a comeback with my third 12hr individual stadium run in 2021 and went on to participate in the 24 hrs individual Mumbai stadium run in 2022. One of my most significant achievements was successfully scaling the Everest base camp at 5364 meters in April 2023.

Now in my 9th year of running, it has become more than a hobby—it's a lifestyle. It shapes my mornings, organizes my days, and provides time for introspection. Running is a personal journey that brings me immense joy and fulfillment.

Beyond personal goals, i am dedicated to promoting women's empowerment through fitness, believing in its profound impact on mental and physical well-being. For these reasons and more, I lace up my shoes almost daily, putting one foot in front of the other with a passion for running that continues to grow.
