I have been dedicated to fitness for the past 12 years, during which time I've cultivated a deep passion for health and wellness. My journey has led me to become a personal trainer and health coach, where I have the privilege of guiding others toward their fitness goals.
Over the years, I've gained extensive experience in teaching various group fitness formats, including Pop Pilates and Strong by Nation. These programs have allowed me to blend my love for movement with the joy of helping others improve their physical health and overall well-being.
