My Sporting Journey
My running journey began at the age of 12, with invaluable support from my grandfather, who himself was a national long-distance runner. He accompanied me to the park, encouraging me to push myself during tough times and instilling in me a love for long-distance running. Eventually, he introduced me to a coach at the Nehru Stadium in Delhi, under whom I began my formal training. My debut half marathon time of 1:18:45 was a promising start, and I continued to progress steadily with each passing day, week, and year.
